Release of Liability / Indemnification

Waiver and Release: Participant understands and acknowledges that this Release discharges Kicks and Giggles Rentals, owned and operated by Signature Event Solutions LLC from any liability or claim that the Participant may bring against Signature Event Solutions LLC with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from Participants use and possession of Signature Event Solutions LLC equipment.: Participant does hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Signature Event Solutions LLC and its successors and assigns from any and all liability claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Participants possession and use of Signature Event Solutions LLC equipment.

Indemnification: The customer agrees that he/she will indemnify and hold Signature Event Solutions, LLC harmless from any liability resulting from the use of Signature Event Solutions, LLC equipment by the customer, his/her assigns, heirs, guests, invitees or other persons using the equipment while in the customer’s possession.  Signature Event Solutions LLC and its officers, employees and agents shall not be responsible for any injuries occurred during the use of the units.
